Yvonne Joyce Craig (May 16, 1936 from 1936 to August 17, 2015) was an American dancer, dancer, and choreographer. Her most famous work is for her appearances in Batman's television series from the 1960s Batman and Marta who played an Orion slave girl wearing green skin in Star Trek's 1969 episode "Whom Gods Destruction". The Huffington Post called her "a pioneer in female superheroes that were adapted for television." Yvonne Craig was raised in Columbus and was born in Taylorville in Illinois.
