Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

American actor Elizabeth Leigh Vassey, born August 9, 1972 was an American. Her credits include Emily Ann Sago in the television show All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 TV show The Tick, Wendy Simms in the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as well as Nikki Beaumont in the web series Nikki & Nora. Vassey was Emily Ann Sago, a teenager, on the All My Children's soap opera from 1988 to 1991. She was a recurring character on the TV show Tru Calling, as Dr. Carrie Allen. She was also a part of several seasons and episodes of Two and a Half Men. Vassey was Wendy Simms' recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to 2010. In the tenth episode, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member , and was first featured in the show's opening credits. Entertainment Weekly reported June 1, 2010, that Vassey will not be returning for the 11th season of the show. Vassey made an appearance in an episode from the season. Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.In 2002, along with her co-star Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company known as Neurosis to the T(ee) which designs and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans play on women's anxieties and fears, often relating to relationships.
