Annie Wersching was born March 28th 1977. She is an American actress. Her roles include Renee Walker on the American television series 24. Motion recording and voice work were also used for Tess in the videogame of NaughtyDog, The Last of Us. Wersching was raised in St. Louis. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. As a child she competed as an Irish dancer and a member the St. Louis Celtic stepdancers. Millikin University awarded her a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre in 1999. Wersching's acting journey began with her appearance in Star Trek: Enterprise. Later, Wersching was invited to star on guest shows such as Charmed and Killer Instinct. She played Amelia Joffe, a recurring character in ABC Daytime's soap drama General Hospital from March 2007 until November 2007. In addition, she has worked in theatres such as Victory Gardens, Marriott Lincolnshire as well as the Utah Shakespearean Festival.Wersching played FBI Special Agent Renee Walker in the seventh and eighth seasons of 24.After the two seasons of 24, Wersching played guest roles on a variety of shows that included CSI, NCIS, Rizzoli & Isles, Hawaii Five-0, Body of Proof, Dallas, Revolution, Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries and Touch (which stars the co-star of 24 Kiefer Sutherland). She was also an episode regular on Bosch, an Amazon Prime crime-show Bosch in 2014. Wersching was the National League's catcher on 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game. In December 2012, it was discovered that Wersching was the voice actor and mo-cap actor for Tess in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character on Twitter prior to her appearance in the Spike Video Game Awards trailer that was shown on the 7th of December on the 7th of December. Wersching is set to play the role of the Borg queen in the Star Trek the second season of Picard, which will premiere in September 2021.
