Aaron Jefferya

    The Logie Award-winning actor of New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. His characters include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He also played Matt "FletchThe Fletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and he relocated to Australia when he was 17 years old. He pursued acting studies at NIDA. He received his NIDA degree in 1993. Following that, he launched his TV career working on the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is famous for his performance as Alex Ryan in the drama McLeod's Daughters which he left in 2008. He also appeared in the third season of New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was in the show Underbelly: Badness as Frank. The filming ended on June 22nd. The casting announcement for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was made three days later. The news was that Jeffery was cast in the role of a corrections officer on Wentworth in October. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his character. In April 2021, it was announced that Jeffery was to be chosen to be a part of the new Netflix thriller Pieces of Her, which is adapted from the Karin Slaughter novel of the identical name. In McLeod's Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series actor in 2004 and 2007.
