Camila Cabello Bio
Cabello was born to Alejandro Cabello and Sinuhe Estrabao in Havana, Cuba. Her birthplace was in the city of East Havana's Cojimar. Her father hails originally from Mexico City, and was born in Mexico City. He later moved to Cuba with his family. Sofia is her older sister. Cabello's family was frequently moved between Havana, Mexico City for the majority of her childhood. Cabello relocated to Miami, Florida with her mother at the age of six years old. Her father was unable to obtain an immigration visa at the time , and Cabello joined the family 18 months after. Cabello was awarded American citizenship in the year 2008. Cabello was a student at Miami Palmetto High School, however, she left the school during the school year 2012-2013 when she was still in the 9th grade to pursue a singing career. Then, she received her diploma from high school. Camila Cabello was an X Factor contestant. The X Factor, a TV talent show located in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was a contestant with Aretha Franklin's track "Respect" however, her audition was turned down by the show. Cabello was eliminated in the "bootcamppart of the Miami process. Then, she was returned to the stage along with fellow contestants Ally Brooke and Normani Jauregui. They would later form Fifth Harmony. They signed a partnership agreement with Syco Music, owned and directed by Simon Cowell and Epic Records, L.A. Reid's record label.
